If you're a pet owner and love the outdoors, then you'll really enjoy the "Peaky Pets While Camping" video podcast. It's all about the ins and outs of taking your pet camping.
It starts with the basics:
Knowing your pet's temperament
Pet gear you need to pack
Keeping them healthy during travel and exploring different Biomes.
It then covers the practicalities of what to do if your pet gets sick while you're camping (Catholic Camper Founder Tommy once saw the first signs of illness in his pet and realized he didn't have a pet first aid kit). It's a true, useful episode that will help make your next camping trip much more enjoyable for you and your pet.
The adjacent eLearning module is free and a great way to build on the excellent knowledge shared in the podcast. You'll learn about common ailments you might encounter while camping with your pet and how to handle them. You'll also have a chance to talk about pet-friendly campgrounds and relevant regulations. It's a great opportunity to connect with other pet owners camping with their pets and hear their stories.
